While the company does have a nice feel, lots of young people / hip and Innovative etc. And it is family owned. Early on, I discovered that there is an apparent lack of communication between upper management. In most cases, work tasks and roles were added into my position with no discussion of additional compensation. Come on, like I want to work more and make the same salary. After multiple 50-60 hour work weeks (salaried by the way, no overtime is paid) I said forget it and quit.
