Pros
They provide bonuses at the end of the year which is nice. The benefits are pretty good, nothing spectacular but enough so I don't have to worry about them. 401k match is okay, 4%.
They let you move around in the company, taking on different roles as you'd like (salesforce administrator to business analyst, etc.), but provide no training when moving into something new. There are some good people that work there, but that's not enough for me to sacrifice my evenings (and sometimes nights) and weekends on a regular basis.
Cons
They really do work you to the bone. I am typing this during my 14th work hour on a Friday night. There is no work-life balance here, despite what they tell you when you bring it up as a concern. "Oh no, this should be a 9-5 job, I'm so sorry you're feeling that way" and then continue to pile work on and tell you grin and bear it.
They set you up for failure by overpromising to their clients (Federal Government) and providing no resources for you to do your job. They let the clients walk all over us, then expect us to just pull a perfect product out of our you-know-whats. It really is a sink or swim situation. I tried really hard to swim, but at the end of the day it's just not worth it. I value my family, friends, and free time too much to work here.
