Pros
Workers in the field are easy to get along with and have great work ethic. You get to learn some pretty interesting solar/ battery equipment and installations.
Cons
No work home balance. Managers put safety aside as long as you finish the job for them. Promised more money/ bonuses and never delivered. Expected to drive hours to a job just to turn around and drive back at the end of the day. Company credit cards fail daily which means they are going broke most likely.
