      Work/life balance is very good, haven't been many situations where I was forced to work beyond regular hours. It makes me feel better about committing extra time when it is needed.

      There are your typical pain points and frustrations that you'd deal with at any business. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

      Pros

      The sales manager doesn't micro manage, you work at your own pace as long as you meet the requirements

      Cons

      Monthly bonus is always weeks late, there are no documents to prove what you got paid on and the bonus structure doesn't compensate for the amount of materials you bring in with sales. It is very quite for a call center; it's like working in a library which makes it easy to doze off at your desk.
