Where do I start? I was at Creative Recruitment for nearly 3 years and enjoyed every minute of it. If it wasn't for being offered to pursue my dream of working internally I would probably still be there now. Diane Scally is one of the best people I have ever worked for. Even to this day I still mention her as one of my favourite ever managers. She works hard and is great fun to be around. She knows her clients inside out and is a recruiter with a heart. She's not about numbers on the books and cares about her clients and candidates she works with and if you ever have the pleasure of going on a client meeting with her, you will see just how much clients love her too! The commission structure was great and something that not many competitors would offer and you have a great work/life balance there. It's rare that you work extremely late unless one of your clients has last minute needs for the next day which is part and parcel of working freelance roles and rare in the world of recruitment today! I never had a dull day working there. Every day is different and they really care about the culture of the company by hiring the right people. If you have the pleasure of being offered a role from CR - you won't regret saying yes!
