Job Seeker Beware - Anonymous employee Creative Office Pavilion Employee Review

Company handles communication very poorly! The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing 99% of the time, and that has become more apparent since the buy out. Upper management is making changes and HR in turn sends out vague emails and says "for questions ask your manager" with your manager not knowing the full answer. Also the way the company handled COVID-19 was subpar at best. Laid off or furloughed 1/3 of the company and many employees were not made aware of the situation until AFTER it was done, some of us finding out through the competition that there were lay offs. Then the company demanded we go back into the office (with limited capacity) for 2 days a week, and no one was actually enforcing the protocols so the department of health had to be called. Finally, their "top dog" sales people are acutally giant bullies who do no wrong. They have driven a lot of great talent out through their actions and managements ability to turn a blind eye to what happens day to day amongst employees.
