Creative Minds has made my family a part of theirs. I have been provided with numerous growth opportunities and am treated as a valued member of the team. Creative Minds offers a great benefit package to their employees. As a mother, it is a HUGE blessing to be able to have my kiddos at work with me in a program that I know and trust as exceptional. Without the childcare benefit that CMLC offers,that would not be possible for my family. Along with the childcare benefit, CMLC offers an employer matched 401K program, health, dental and vision benefits, paid training opportunities, and paid sick, vacation, and now paid holidays for veteran employees. I am excited to work in such a challenging and progressive company that takes employee feedback seriously.
Cons
As is standard in the industry, Creative Minds goes through the normal bouts of turnover, classroom blending, and sometimes chaotic days. However, CMLC has a team mentality and pulls together to keep things as consistent as possible for the children, staff and families during these times.
