During my time at the company, I observed a concerning trend of leadership roles being filled by individuals who lacked the necessary experience and capability. In some cases, these hires seemed to have advanced more due to self-promotion than genuine merit. This resulted in inefficiencies and frustration for the teams reporting to them.
It’s disappointing to see talent overlooked in favor of appearances, and it ultimately affected morale and productivity. Stronger hiring practices and a more rigorous evaluation of leadership candidates would go a long way in improving the work environment and organizational success.
