Pros

Showed me what TOXIC red flags to look for in companies so I never end up in the same horrible environment.

Cons

It has been 4 years since I worked here and I STILL deal with the negative memories and absolute toxicity of this company. It has effected my next jobs as I still have worries I'll receive another toxic and self absorbed manager and that leadership will look down on me. Thankfully working here showed me exactly what red flags to look out for and to never accept a culture like this again so I have not had the same company experience again. I literally needed xanax just to be able to go to work because of how toxic the environment became and how much anxiety it gave me. Everyone gossips about each other here, when Ryan goes into everyone's offices unannounced you always wondered if it was you he was verbally bashing. He made many mistakes but refused to take responsibility and made me do so, for his poor leadership. He is one of the most arrogant people I have ever worked around and it spreads all to the management. This company truly caused a deep ripple effect in my professional life of worrying about a toxic work environment.

Pros

Good compensation and sampling process.

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning trend of leadership roles being filled by individuals who lacked the necessary experience and capability. In some cases, these hires seemed to have advanced more due to self-promotion than genuine merit. This resulted in inefficiencies and frustration for the teams reporting to them. It’s disappointing to see talent overlooked in favor of appearances, and it ultimately affected morale and productivity. Stronger hiring practices and a more rigorous evaluation of leadership candidates would go a long way in improving the work environment and organizational success.
