Pros
I've never before worked in such a supportive, positive environment. Everyone approaches projects with kindness and care, and has the utmost commitment to maintaining that culture as we grow. There's an incredible amount of talent across the team and there are times that I'm absolutely amazed at the quality of work that we come together to put forth. We also have the healthiest distributed team experience I've ever been a part of. We are in different locations and timezones, yet communication is very open and a remote coworker can sync up with an SF team member fairly effortlessly. We also have a very active and fun Slack community.
Cons
While leadership is very caring, there are doubts about their ability to set realistic goals and then execute the roadmap to achieve them. Decision making from the top is slow and it's very difficult to get a straight answer when it comes to growing your career. If you're looking for that classic flexible startup life, this is not the place for you unless you're joining as a remote team member. You are very much expected to keep strict hours in the office, however you can pre-arrange work from home days.
