The best company culture I've been a part of in my 15+ year professional experience. There truly are no egos at Creative Market. In terms of the mission of the company (helping creators turn passion into opportunity) –we literally help people make a living doing what they love. Few things are more rewarding than knowing your work is having such an impact.
Cons
More than half the team is remote. If you don't do well in a remote environment or with remote teammates, this might not be the place for you. This isn't your typical SF startup, there aren't insane benefits, or top level pay structures. If you're looking for those things, this might not be the place for you.
