Managment frequently fails to communicate and deliver the necessary aspects expected of a company's administration. Clear favoritism and variation in treatment of employees, even going up to the highest levels of Managment. Projects and people of value frequently dismantled for no reason other than the whims of others. Positions are never guaranteed with employees often being replaced with new and under-qualified hires, decrimating throughput.
