What work you're brought in for is not the work you will do. You will not be given the materials and equipment needed to do your work well. There is no recognition or praise for doing great work. Managers and supervisors don't care about their employees as people and are not supportive of growth (don't expect any training). Difficult to make friends, and managers will be blatantly demeaning of your potential. Zero potential to learn and grow unless you are in the "in" crowd.
