      There aren’t any pros in this company. Dead end.

      Cons

      The boss doesn’t let you do you job, you are never good enough, according to him you don’t deserve the salary even though you are underpaid. Toxic CEO leads to toxic working environment. Just terrible, terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to be part of this company.

      - Leadership genuinely want to look out for your growth and are very available for 1:1 talks - More experienced colleagues mentor you - Cool and capable people - Great company culture in the development - Visionary Leadership

      Cons

      - If you aren't ready to learn continuously, work hard and grind to learn on the job, you might not be the best candidate -Overloaded at times
