Pros
Where to start, after a year in a pandemic was amazed at how much the company grew. The work is rewarding leaders are open to change and lead by example working harder than anyone. So, many great people treating each other with respect and wanting to do their best. It's challenging with so much change and not for everyone. People who thrive in fast pace growth companies will do well here. A lot of humble people doing whatever task is needed and not believing they are too good for something.
Cons
There are always some in every company. Onboarding new people with more focus on the fundamental and best practices would shorten the time for new hires to be contributors. Sharing the vision more often would also be helpful. It’s a con if you are not a self starter and Are not open to doing what it take to get the job done.
