Pros

They do not micro manage. They are friendly. They get quite a good amount of Broadway shows.

Cons

They pay is not great and no bonuses or incentives for the full time ‘field’ managers. Inventory and orders are all over the place. You can’t request the things you need and often things are out of stock with no explanation. Communication is pretty non existent. Expand the operations team so managers feel supported

Pros

Some of the hardest-working and most dedicated people you’ll ever meet work here—though unfortunately, they are rarely appreciated. If you thrive in high-stress, chaotic environments, you’ll fit right in. Leaving this job will be one of the best things that ever happens to you.

Cons

Toxic leadership. Upper management is obsessive about control, micromanages employees to an extreme degree, and sees staff as expendable rather than valuable. Unreasonable workload. Be prepared to take on responsibilities far outside your job description, including physical labor that has nothing to do with your role. Favoritism. Younger employees are often spoken to condescendingly, and office politics determine success more than actual skill or performance. High turnover. Many of the best employees leave quickly due to burnout—or get pushed out for simply speaking up. A culture of surveillance. Certain employees act as the "eyes and ears" for upper management, which fosters a distrustful and toxic work environment.
