      Pros

      There are no pros. All Saturdays are working. Leave policy is crap. No sick leaves are allowed. They don't care about you.

      Cons

      They are so toxic and negative. They don't care about their employees. They need to hire a new person every week because no one wants to stay in this horrible place. They underpay and overwork employees. They make you work overtime every single day. They have no holidays, nothing. They are insensitive and won't pay you well. If you are a fresher, they'll exploit your talent.

      Great environment to work, wonderful place to feel like you are making a difference in a child's life as their teacher.

      Never closes even in inclement, hazardous weather conditions

      Pros

      Especially good with worker's and great environment! Understandable and hard working crew. Staff and employees are great people. Benefits are also really good.

      Cons

      Not one negative thing! Overall one of the best places I've worked for. With a great location in a good town.
