      Pros

      Beautiful private office Two fully supplied play rooms with sand trays, puppet theater, costumes Supportive team of therapists and admin staff. Free clinical supervision for licensure hours No waiting for insurance reimbursement to get paid. Pay is fair and there are bonuses for keeping a full caseload All referrals are discussed beforehand And now a benefits package

      Cons

      You have to have some evening hour availability, but this is true for any private practice

      Pros

      Beautiful offices, playrooms, art supplies, clients are assigned based on skill set not just availability. Free supervision if needed. There is a bonus for seeing more clients.

      Cons

      The pay system is strange. For the first 50 sessions, the clinician is paid $40/session. After that the session rate is higher. There are no benefits. I worked minor holidays so I wouldn’t lose out on pay. The pay is once a month , which makes it harder to budget. I had a hard time getting my caseload consistently filled.

      Good resources to use (toys and play items)

      Cons

      Don't do this to yourself. The owner, Teri, is very involved with herself and is very narssacistic. The company doesn't value its employees what so ever! Teri cares about bringing money in for herself and herself only. Therapists do ALL of the work and get paid absolutely nothing... whatever you do, run as far away from here as you can.
