Pros
There is plenty of money to be made during the season. I only worked during the summer and still managed to make enough money to not have to work during my collegiate school year.
Cons
The hours are extremely long and unpredictable. There is no set time when you will get off at night which is a problem when you are trying to coordinate plans with your significant other or family.
