Everything is very loud and moving

They give you the PPE you need only cause they are legally required to. At least the safety supervisor cares, but like every department isn't given the tools to do the job "It's not for everybody" so if you enjoy overlooking safety and exposing yourself to many things then it's a great job to risk your health.
