      They know the Hispanic market. They know the city government and local San Antonio businesses.

      Cons

      Micro management rules. Delays are due to not trusting their employees and thinking that their way is the only way.

      Pros

      Like the name suggests, there is colorful backdrop of creativity flowing within the company. A great sensibility honoring their roots and that of the San Antonio Mexican-American community.

      Cons

      Only a short stay as I was tempting, but I wish I'd stayed to grow with them
