      Great place and people to work for. Leadership have the vision to invest in their people for them to grow and perform. Great employee and customer retention rate.

      Super friendly environment, nice salary, bice team, nice managers

      Cons

      Unfortunately, bad client management. Losing a client in a month after starting a project is something that should never happen. More than 100 people were layedoff because this mistake.

      Pros

      Exciting work, great internal and external teams, travel, and real autonomy in your position. There are no micro-managers and everyone steps up to the plate to deliver their best work.

      Cons

      Offices work across different time zones, which can sometimes result in needing to stay later/ get in earlier, client demands can be intense
