Pros

- give opportunity to all employees to rotate the positions to learn various skill and understand other role and feeling. very good for first jobbers - result oriented not regulations oriented - make sure everyone on board with the goal and big picture - support open respectful communication, mistake allowed, as long as based on the truth

Cons

- no set regulation on HR in term of monthly salary (but have profit sharing)

Pros

The feeling of relief when you resign from there is incredible.

Cons

False promises of what the role would entail (too many to list but for one the role was sold as a Sales Manager job however I was treated better and with more respect when I started my career as a Junior!) Unwelcoming environment. Poor business practices. Micromanagement. Defensive, negative, sulky and passive-aggressive attitude from the directors. Poor communication from so-called leadership (they work on assumptions rather than verbal or written agreements, which is extremely frustrating) No personable/human skills (you're just their worker - no empathy when I was off with Covid - They didn't even ask how I was, just cared about when I was going to be back in work). Inbound leads dealt with by the sales director only - You will get promised them but you won't receive them! Unnecessary demands to attend the office - often for no reason other than to keep tabs on you. Zero atmosphere in the office or when the director shares a room it's often uncomfortably awkward. Inadequate training and onboarding. Also, no "ramp-up" like you find in most sales jobs and zero time given to build a pipeline. Complicated sales and pricing model (basically, there is no set price for their products. You have to call up at the point of sale, relay the entire meeting details and THEN they will give you a made-up price based on what they think they can get out of the customer) Poor customer service and aftercare. Misleading bonus structure. No incentives (although they did do a sweepstake once, which I won and they didn't pay out on it!) Awful/embarrassing company car (2014 reg white Vauxhall Astra anyone?) All take and no give. Aggressive behaviour from the sales director after handing my notice in. Threats and demands by text to bring the car back prior to my final day. Failed to pay me for my statutory notice out of spite (As I write, the issue currently ongoing with ACAS) Five weeks after leaving but coincidentally a few days after I raised the ACAS they wrote a defensive letter making false claims such as I had damaged their company car. Why wasn't this addressed at the point or return or even within a few days of returning it? Because it was a false claim! Toxic, vengeful, spiteful behaviour. That's the sort of people they are. I'm sure I have missed much more but hopefully the above will give you the picture.
