I also appreciate the focus on modern technologies and continuous growth — it keeps the work engaging and meaningful.

Sometimes priorities can shift, which can create a bit of uncertainty in planning, but at the same time it gives you flexibility and the opportunity to adapt quickly and stay close to business needs.
