For me there is any disadvantages

Working at Create the Bridge was having a front row seat to the tech / marketing industry as it experienced major disruptive changes in the market. it was a place full of highly motivated, talented, and creative individuals. Working here could change your life if you’re looking for something more than just a job and to work with folks who are more than just coworkers.

After two years of employment, the only real downside I experienced were paydays not guaranteed. Family and friends would urge me to quit, but getting to work on major and impactful work kept me there. It is an agency after all, an they’re located in an area of the country with little to not much of a tech industry.
