This is a great place to work for with great opportunities to help shape the future of the company. I joined Create Music Group less than a year ago and the pace at which this place moves is exciting to say the least. The people are dynamic, fun to work with & motivated about CMG. The company is young in and already it already claimed the # 2 spot in 2020 for the second fastest growing company in the US and # 1 in California on Inc 5000. The company is full of music lovers passionate about their craft. The executive team is receptive to all ideas and reward boldness and divergent thinking to solve hard problems with simpler and elegant solutions. I really love this place and I know anyone that is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done will too!
Cons
The fact that Create is growing at such a fast pace, the fluidity of day to day sometimes can be hard to manage for someone used to rigid structure, otherwise you'll find the pace as a welcomed change.
