Pros
While the environment can be crazy you feel like your part of something bigger than yourself. The company is growing on a massive volume (doubling in size every few months) with almost 100 employees. Super social environment (sometimes too social) You learn a LOT about the music industry. Work in groups. Everyone there is really fun to be around. People hang out after hours. Building a campus which looks pretty cool
Cons
Really hard work as there are many things you have to learn from scratch without significant support. Tasks can be repetitive at times. Campus looks like its almost done but we've been waiting for almost a year.
