      Global blue chip client base. Great experience builder

      Cons

      People in positions of seniority that don't have the skill set nor the ability necessary for making instrumental decisions. Staff treated like nobodies. No respect given to people that do the work.

      Great ideas are championed, decades of experience in the team, great global network, amazing F500 client list. Family owned often a positive.

      Smaller than it was. Family owned can be a negative.
