Pros
The coworkers I made here are still some of the best people I have ever met. They made very shift easy to go through. The hours are flexible, and with a good team it becomes easier and easier to try every shift and find your niche.
Cons
The manager at the time was also part owner (news flash, this eventually changed). He was the actual definition of cheap stake, had one of our employees doing the kind of deep cleaning that we should be forced to do daily except, our boss apparently could give two craps less of cleanliness. Apart from being rude and useless with customers, he was all about the gossip. He gave out free items and ice cream ALL THE TIME to his friends and his girlfriend, and saw nothing wrong with it, given at that point it became a habit.
