Company has an amazing workers therefore the work culture is phenomenal. Although the company is based in Hawaii, everyone in the retail department knows each other. The district manager of the mainland division is exceptional.

The company is strict with schedules ( Not flexible) Compensation could be better considering the load of obligations they ask from their workers.

They lie about the pay. Was advertised at $2 higher than the actual pay. What they dont tell you is that you have to meet some store and sales goals to get that $2
