Poor Internal systems and dishonest leadership - Anonymous employee Crayon Employee Review

I was given very misleading information in the application process regarding the spec and range of my responsibilities. Administration side of the business is seen only as a cost and as a result is highly under resourced. Internal IT systems are extremely outdated and dont function effectively. Wages are lower than many of their peers. Leadership are out of touch with their staff and unwilling to listen to issues being faced by employees
