While we are really happy that you liked our well-stocked pantry, we were a little surprised by the fact that you called us unethical (and that our founders are 'old' - they actually prefer to be called 'mature', specially after successful careers as entrepreneurs for 25+ years:)). So here goes - Fact of life 1: We really can't play around with your PF. The government (and the audit teams) keep a pretty good check on that. We actually go a step further and give our employees the option to best cater to their financial situation - when they need more money in hand, we give them an option of lower PF, and when they are comfortable in day-to-day expenses, we help them save more for future and optimise taxes by putting more in the PF. If you need more info on this, reach out to us anytime and we'll show you how it works. Fact of life 2: Profits? We would love to be profitable - but lets face facts - we are a startup. We're broke a lot. We raise money, make some money, pay our people, develop our tech, stock our pantry and try to keep the cycle going. We're confident that we're going to get big and powerful some day, but till then - its a crazy roller coaster.
