Crave has everything a large corporation has with regards to resources, but it's a small company so offers the potential for anyone to make a big difference. I was given a VERY nice Lenovo laptop when I started with lots of memory. Ashwin and Manish are the technical leaders and incredible to work with. They offer health insurance reimbursement which was very nice for me since I was able to get a plan that suited my needs from my local marketplace.

Crave is a fast moving company trying cutting edge technology and philosophy perspectives of how to serve customers. You need to be eager to learn and change in this role.

Hard to think of any. If you expect fair pay, ethical behavior, or a supportive work environment, this is not the place for you. The culture is all about optics, not substance.
