Pros

Best thing about Cratejoy is working with great, talented people everyday. Apart from that, there are some awesome benefits that come with working here. Things like catered lunch (awesome meals from great local restaurants) everyday, and unlimited vacation policy are two popular ones. I'd say apart from the tangible benefits, there are a ton of other things you'll gain from working at Cratejoy. Management is very transparent with organization wide goals, and works hard to make sure that the company is working on these unified goals every week. Ultimately, if you're getting your work done and consistently performing at a high level, you will have a lot of freedom here.

Cons

This isn't a slow-paced environment. If you love to push yourself to learn new things daily, and work hard towards bettering yourself professionally, Cratejoy would definitely be a good fit. There aren't many moments where you can sit back and just feel relaxed. Often times, I will find myself working on projects and items outside of what might be considered normal working hours, but that is all part of the startup environment. Most of the cons are not really all that bad. I would say without a doubt, the pros of working at Cratejoy definitely outweigh the cons.

Pros

Coworkers were great, benefits were great, fully remote

Cons

This company was so poorly managed that I'm surprised it's still around. I din't think they'll ever be in a position to hire staff again, but if they ever do avoid at all costs.
