The vibe around CrateBind's office is contagious. We are a small, tight-knit, start-up community. We all are working hard, and we take ownership and pride in producing quality work. The love of learning is very evident around the office; we all challenge ourselves to find ways to write code more efficiently and become a better developer today than we were yesterday. And everyone gets along and enjoys being together. The team is really what makes working here so great.
We get a lot of responsibility and runway at CrateBind. We always have a flow of new projects to work on and I appreciate how each project presents new challenges. And if we want to learn a new skill set, the management is very willing to provide the resources to help us learn and present us with opportunities to hone those skills.
I love how diverse our office is; I get to work with people from every corner of the globe - it makes for very interesting lunchtime conversation! We also all have different levels of experience, so it is very helpful to learn from each other - and thankfully, everyone is super willing to help out.
It really is the best place I have ever worked.
