Some of the best reasons to work at Crash Proof Retirement are the competitive pay they offer, the office environment here is fast paced and busy as heck, but fun and teamwork is always used to get tasks done. They are understanding when it comes to having a family and children, and that life happens. I've been here for 2 years this February, and have gotten a great raise and promotion since I started. My co-workers are wonderful and the founders and executive team are great. Also, seeing what we do for our clients is very rewarding.

I wouldn't say it's a con, but don't plan on working here if you don't plan on actually working. It's busy, the phones ring alot and there is always work to be done!

There is not much positive i can think of

I went through an application and multi interview process and got offered the job! However, they lured me in with one very good sounding job title and referred to it as that title the whole way through, but then when I got to my offer letter they had done the bait and switch and changed the job title to a very lackey-sounding title with no explanation. P.S. the CEO seems to center everything around himself and act like he is a celebrity. I have a feeling the positive reviews might’ve been written by him. He creates an environment where you don’t even know what you’re selling and customers don’t know what they are buying because they have to keep it vague to avoid calling it what it is: fixed index annuities- NOT some groundbreaking thing from the CEO. They also only offer 5 paid days off a year for their employees and have a very grind grind grind work environment. SHADY. Try to find out what it is that they are selling. They keep it very vague because they know they are selling the same thing MANY retirement services are.
