Disappointing continuation of my career - Engineer Cranston Engineering Employee Review

- lots of long hours without appropriate compensation - lower bonuses year over year even though profit records were being broken - health insurance and retirement options were very mediocre/subpar - lower starting salaries than competitors - unprofessional conduct in the workplace - lack of professional mentorship and support system - lots of overpromises and under-deliveries in many areas - employee retention issues for the reasonings listed above - acquired by parent company that provides nothing to benefit CRANSTON's employees, only the top leadership.
