Pros
Its a Start up, so I do not think there are any pros. But however, Coming from a company of employee strength of 1 Lakh +, there was virtually no body in the company. Thankfully they gave me my separation letter after intense follow up else I would have to show a 6 month gap in my experience.
Cons
Salary promised and salary received in hand are miles apart even after considering tax deductions. They will not pay you on time. They will find every way to pay you less. There is no concept of Paid leave or any leave. You take leave and it will get deducted from your salary. In my 6 month tenure, they didnt pay TDS to the government even after deducting it from my salary. I got a notice from IT department that taxes are overdue. When I mailed the management for clarification, nobody responded. I had to pay it out of my pocket. I would really advice if you are experienced, stay away, you wont last.
