Pros
I love working at Cranel. It is a small family-owned company that really takes its time hiring new employees. Because of this, only high-quality people who fit into the culture (strong work ethic, good values, positive outlook) work here.
Cons
Some of the management is a little old school so you have to be open-minded that new ideas may be tough to pass through. Male dominant company. Zero benefits to part time employees-I feel like a third party employee.
