Pros

The people are really great.

Cons

The culture is the worst I’ve ever been a part of. The problem really does start at the top with the CEOs leadership. The leadership team of CPI has very little autonomy to run the business as they wish. They hire really talented people and then run them to the ground with weekly reports (“Hey boss, here’s everything I did this week”) and stringent ways of working. They don’t value diverse thinking - at all. They don’t even pretend to want to listen. They have laid off so many people and no one feels secure in their jobs. They are also losing people faster than they can replace them. It’s a real shame - the people there are really great and would do anything to help one another but the leadership and culture is truly awful.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the office environment, cafeteria, and work-life balance as these are areas we continuously invest in to create a positive employee experience. We understand that remote work has become a common preference in recent years. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining collaboration and engagement, and we’re actively exploring ways to enhance in-office experiences and hybrid work options to ensure employees feel connected and supported. Your insights help us improve, and we thank you for your time with the company.

Pros

Great product line up across several industries

Cons

Upper leadership out of touch. Continually cuts people to save money while sacrificing customer support in the process.
