Pros

Need to still be determined. Most of the people will continue to operate with the same philosophy. It is actually scary that Crane Management is communicating to the previous MEI associates that they are customer focused. If MEI is allowed to keep their customer focus as well as ability make decisions, then this company will be OK. If Crane imposes their culture on the MEI way, then this company will go down the in history like other companies that Crane has acquired.

Cons

Reduction in benefits immediately puts the MEI associates in a bad position. Does Crane not realize that MEI Payment and VMS business has kicked their behind for the last 5-8 years? Why go to a business model that actually doesn't work instead of one that was proven to be the market leader?

We understand that remote work has become a common preference in recent years. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining collaboration and engagement, and we’re actively exploring ways to enhance in-office experiences and hybrid work options to ensure employees feel connected and supported. Pros

Great product line up across several industries

Cons

Upper leadership out of touch. Continually cuts people to save money while sacrificing customer support in the process.
