They have a good bonus structure if you can sell 10 or more units in a month. Also, selling cars is a fun and challenging career.
Cons
Senior management is quick to get rid of middle management if they aren't hitting their numbers, which can completely change the atmosphere. Middle managers have a lot of power, so your enjoyment at the job will depend on who's above you. Promotions are usually given to the salespeople/managers that are willing to be the most dishonest.
