Very few cons to speak of after almost 10 years here,

Pay is okay/ Hours avg 9 a day/local

Not very flexible with hometime when you need it, you get like 9 days unpaid then they give you problems. Insurance 200/week family. Equipment ia rentals penske/aim a lot of switching or headache with getting repairs/ trucka governed 64-70mph depending on what you get. They dont have a lot of drivers, so they lean on you heavily, but are not that flexible.
