      Pros

      Everything is good. Founder is very friendly and senior people are also friendly and a fun place to work. You won't feel like a typical boss-employee culture. Founder always motivates everyone and personally I recommend this company

      Food quality can be improved, drinking water shortage is a problem and most importantly, All Saturdays are working day

      Pros

      I've never celebrated so many festivals in my whole life! I did not know our culture and how rich it is. We have team members from every part, different languages and our customers are global. I love it!

      Have not encountered any downsides except food quality can improve.
