Good opportunity to pick up lots of hours and can move up easily from staff to supervisor

Incredibly poorly run, all the attention is spent in Ironbridge which sucks all resources and staff from other locations. This would be okay if those pubs weren't also a mess to work at. Little attention is given to locals of other locations, favouritism is rife and wrong people are often put up for leadership roles based purely on if they are liked by the owner. Compensation is some of the worst in the area, especially for management.

Employees within the office and at restaurant level were friendly

Management was incredibly poor, and often completely neglectful. Employees are spread too thinly and many lack competency. Kitchen staff were the worst.
