In my tenure at this company at Operations I didn't saw any pros! One that they pay for your Work!

No Work Life Balance, You have to work OverTime mostly, even if the pay for it full rotational shifts you will not get Time for you, they will make you work off shift time!

You can learn quickly due to the fast-paced environment, but it often comes at the cost of stability.

Salary is frequently delayed and there are threats to hold back pay if you resign, which creates a lot of stress and insecurity. Six-day work week leads to burnout and poor work–life balance. Culture is highly political with favoritism and lack of transparency. Leadership communication is unclear, priorities keep shifting, and employees often feel undervalued. Overall, the environment feels unstable and not employee-friendly.
