Pros

Working here is a fast track to burnout.

Cons

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The management here is fundamentally broken. Employees are expected to stay until midnight due to poor planning and a total inability to delegate or prioritize tasks. To leadership, "everything is urgent" which actually means nothing is. Supervisors are too "busy" to provide necessary approvals but expect staff to wait indefinitely for them. This is not a place for growth - it is a place for a mental health crisis.

Pros

Very hands-on experience. You actually run real campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, not just assist. The learning curve is steep, and honestly it made me feel like my past experience elsewhere was quite basic in comparison. You get exposed to real budgets, real clients, and real pressure, which helps you grow fast if you can keep up.

Cons

Quite fast paced, time passes very fast because there’s always something to do. You’re constantly switching between tasks and campaigns, so it can feel overwhelming at times. Not a place to chill, you need to stay on your toes.

Pros

You get real, hands-on experience managing campaigns for well-known clients who trust Craft because of its strong reputation in the industry. As an AM, you’re not just forwarding emails — you’re actually involved in shaping strategy, managing timelines, understanding media performance, and guiding clients through the entire process. It’s very fulfilling when you see a campaign go live and perform well, especially when clients genuinely appreciate the work. The team is talented and supportive, and you really do learn a lot here.

Cons

It’s fast paced and you often have to wear multiple hats to drive a successful campaign. There are days when things move very quickly and you need to juggle creative, media, and client expectations at the same time. It’s not the kind of place where you can coast — the agency sets a high standard and expects you to keep up.
