      If you are a hard worker, you end up with more responsibilities. Management is not good. Too many people allowed to "hide" and not held responsible to do their job

      Pros

      They really care that you and your entire family has all the protection you need for health and life insurance.Smaller company you everyone there makes a difference.They do a very good job keeping the product selection diverse and current for their dealers.

      Cons

      Once someone in the senior management team decides you are no longer considered a valuable asset.They will do everything in their power to force you to leave.and I mean everything.
