      Pros

      Depending on the department, it can be a great, supportive environment. There is a lot of collaboration for the benefit of the students, and the college. Leadership has great vision in training Charlotte's workforce.

      Cons

      Full time jobs are scarce. There are many adjuncts and part timers who would love a full time job with benefits, so competition is tough.

      Fun and chill job easy to do sometimes a little stressful

      Can get limited hours but regardless very fun.

      Pros

      Fast growing college. Nice new buildings. Very nice people. Many great restourants around for lunch. Teachers are nice.

      Cons

      Cheap college so there are many students that don't take it seriously. Not so nice parking so walking at night is a danger.
