Pros

The engineers here really work hard to make sure the interns are happy on what they're working on, are learning a great amount, and are comfortable with the team. I personally really liked that the teams were a smaller size because it felt easier to get to know people.

Cons

Because it's a small company, there is of course a smaller number of areas you could work in compared to a large one. I personally didn't consider this much of a con because there are still quite a few areas you can work in here.

Pros

In contrast to other reviewers, I feel I was paid fairly, and yet the work-life balance was unbelievably good. I was skeptical at the start whether this company could really provide the family friendly environment they advertised, but they came through even better than I had hoped for. In nearly two years as a software developer, I was never once asked to work extra hours. Not once! I didn't think such a job existed. Sometimes I did work extra just because I enjoyed the work I was doing, but when things got tight in the schedule, features got cut, and we all went home in time for dinner. Amazing! The Smith Tower is fantastic, swizzles are fun little parties every two weeks, Fridays everybody works from home, people play cards at lunch time . . . I could go on and on.

Cons

The biggest con was that I had to leave, due to a change in my personal situation. Also, Cozi was acquired by Time Inc. after I left. I don't know how things may have changed since the acquisition. Hopefully they haven't.
